Alliance Home Health Care Services, as an Essential Service, is continuing to operate with 24/7 services and providing services to the most vulnerable members of our communities. As always, we want to ensure that our clients are able to remain in their homes and in the midst of the coronavirus outbreak we are taking added precautions for clients and staff members. Alliance Home Health Care staff have been directed to follow the CDC guidelines with respect to hand washing and prevention techniques.
We will continue to provide services to our clients if they can answer NO to the following questions:
Do you or anyone in your household have symptoms of Coronavirus including fever, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
Have you or anyone in your household traveled in the last 14 days? If so, where?
Have you or anyone in your household been on close contact with others who have symptoms, are being assessed or monitored for Coronavirus, or who have travelled in the last 14 days?
Have you or anyone in your household been at a large gathering of 50 people or more in the last 14 days?
Are you uncomfortable having a provider enter your home during the Coronavirus outbreak?
We also ask that all clients notify Alliance Home Health Care immediately if things change or they, or someone they live with, is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19.
